Refund policy

At Barnaby’s World, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to assist you.

 

Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Items should be in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at iinfo@barnabysworld.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If rejected, we will inform you and return the item at your expense.

 

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@barnabysworld.com.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company; processing times may vary.
